This problem arises from incorrect internal database interface calls affecting tables within customer namespaces defined in TRESC with values ending in '*'. SAP has provided a correction in Kernel Releases 640, 700, and 710 since SEP/19/2007. To assess impact, run the TRESC_R3TRANS_CHECK analysis program using transport request data from file 1077619.zip and follow guidance in Note 13719 for further actions and checks.
