This proposed value can lead to unexpected system behavior:
When a query view is processed, the variables from the filter areprocessed and the system then attempts to transfer the state (forexample, the dynamic filter) of the query view. In doing so, theproposed value from the query definition is ignored. If the proposedvalue is specified by a variable, the variable does not even need to beprocessed.
