 Features SelectionYour entries under further selections> determine which pay gradesare displayed, for example, by entering a country grouping. You candisplay the pay grades for each country in which you have a subsidiary.
 OutputThis report displays pay grades. This information is organizedaccording to country grouping, pay grade type and pay grade area. Thefollowing data is also output:
 
 Reference salary of the pay grade (table T710A)
 Minimum and maximum salary of the pay grade levels (T710A)
 Currency and unit of time (T710A)ActivitiesIn the output table, you can display the following additional data bychanging the display variant:
 
 Midpoint of pay grade level (table T710)This is the total of the minimum + maximum divided by 2
 = (minimum + maximum) / 2
 
 Range of pay grade level (table T710)This is the difference between the maximum and the midpoint expressedas a percentage of the midpoint from the Pay Grade Level table (T710):
 = ((maximum - midpoint) / midpoint) * 100
 
 Differential of the pay grade level (table T710)Deviation from the next lowest pay grade level expressed as apercentage of the actual average. In the lowest pay grade level, it isblank.
