| TitleHR-MY: Notification of cessation of employment.
 PurposeThis program generates the CP22A report for selected period.
 The CP22A (Tax) form is printed by the employer if an employer ceases toemploy an individual.  The employee may have been terminated or retiredfrom the company.  A separate report is generated for each Employer TaxReference Number for each employee.
 IntegrationAlthough SAPScript provides font substitution for individual printers toremain global, SAP recommends you to use HPLJ4Si/4SiMX PS> laserjet.
 Note
 Using customer specific settings, you also have the option of reportingdata related to Stock Options benefit in Section 1A> of theCP22A> Form.
 Prerequisites
 The master data records must exist.
 Payroll results must exist for the selected employees, for the periodfor which you want to run this report.
 The wages that are calculated have to be defined with a value inEvaluation Class '8' in T512W (V_512W_D). For Example: Gross wages hasspecification 10 for Evaluation Class 8 in table 'T512W'.
 If you want the report to print Stock Options benefit details underSection 1A> of the CP22A> Form, you must configure the sameusing the IMG under: Payroll for Malaysia> -> Tax Forms> ->CP22A Form> -> BAdI: Determine Data forSection 1A of CP22A Form>.SelectionCP22A Tax Assessment period> is the period for which you want thereport.  You must give a valid range of Start Date and End Date.  Thereport lists employees terminated till one day later that the date
 specified as start date in selection screen.
 Present Address> is the current address of the Employee.
 Future Address> is the address of the Employee for futurecorrespondence.
 OutputThe report prints details of employees terminated within the selectedperiod. Details of each employee begin on a fresh page.
