Description
You can display the contents of cluster RX with this report. You can
select the data records according to the following criteria:
a) Personnel number
b) Lower and upper limit of the selection period for the for-period
c) Status indicator for the result records
The selected payroll records can be displayed as described below.
a) List of payroll records and Choose individual tables are
flagged: You will then receive a list of the payroll records
selected. After choosing a payroll record, you can display the
contents of a specific table by choosing it from a list of
internal tables.
b) If only List of payroll records is flagged: You can choose a
record from the list of payroll records selected and all the
table contents that exist for this payroll record are displayed.
c) If neither of the two aforementioned fields are flagged: All the
table contents that exist for all the selected payroll records
are displayed.
d) By using Activate table selection/Deactivate table selection,
you can change between the functionality Choose individual
tables and displaying all filled tables with regard to the list
of payroll records that have been selected.
e) Please note on usage of Benefits: the table BENTAB is only
filled when the info types 0170 (Spending accounts) or 0379 (Stock
Purchase Plans) are used.
