Description
Report ROIHLCTR is used to display the use of quantity licenses for aspecified period.

Precondition
A license type and a date (or date range) have to be input.
Further restrictions can be made with a range of license numbers
and/or range of internal license numbers.

Output
A list of quantity licenses displaying the use of those licenses forthe specified period.
A drill-down function is provided on the screen for the license numberto display all the license details and also for the use lines todisplay the material document details.
