Enable log in with external identity (DIAG)

Parameter description
This parameter must be set to 1 so that it is possible to log on with anexternal identification, for example, using an external server (such asthe Internet Transaction Server ITS). This is not permitted by default.
This parameter refers to the logons using the DIAG log. (Furtherprerequisites for accepting an external identification is SNC securedcommunication to the server and targeted the release of the server forthis logon variant)
