This error stems from having start-start relationships between operation phases and certain phases being non-relevant for APO. Specifically, discrepancies in phase relationship configuration—transitioning from end-start instead of maintaining configured start-start relationships—trigger this issue. The solution involves applying provided correction instructions or importing the appropriate Support Package for the current release, followed by a re-transfer and re-initiation of the PPM from SAP R/3 to SAP APO.
