Summary :
Excessive runtime issues might occur on the clinical workstation under certain conditions due to a program error related to the class CL_ISH_ENVIRONMENT. The resolution involves importing specific source codes based on the system version (either HW931569_472.zip for i.s.h.med/IS-H 4.72 or HW931569_600.zip for i.s.h.med/IS-H Version 6.00). These files are available exclusively via the Service Marketplace, not OSS. Post-import, update the reference types for GT_OBJECTLIST and GT_OBJECTKEY attributes in the CL_ISH_ENVIRONMENT to ISH_T_OBJECTLIST_HASHED and ISH_T_OBJECTKEY_HASHED, respectively, and activate the changes. Additionally, SAP Note 932740 must be imported subsequently.
