Summary :
Upon starting XI Integration Repository or Directory, a Java Web Start error stating "Integration Builder may not be started" may appear, indicating non-uniform certificate signings ("JAR Resources in JNLP File are not signed with the identical Certificate"). This issue affects NW04s SP06 due to an expired and subsequently renewed certificate used for signing client software. The solution involves deploying patches SAP_XITOOLS Patch 2 and CORETOOLS06P_4 for SP06, available on the SAP Service Marketplace. For SP07, the issue is resolved without additional action. Users also need to reinitialize the Web Start status via the Exchange Infrastructure Tool Page.
