Summary :
When utilizing the RSCRM_BAPI interface for query execution with variants in SAP BW, variants are not being correctly recognized within the generated MDX command. This issue is rooted in a software bug. As a resolution, SAP requires importing specific Support Packages depending on the BW version: Support Package 31 for BW 3.0B (SAPKW30B31), Support Package 25 for BW 3.10 Content (SAPKW31025), and Support Package 17 for BW 3.50 (SAPKW35017). These packages become available after the publication of corresponding SAP Notes which provide further details about the contents of the packages. Corrections outside these packages are available through immediate instruction for urgent scenarios.
