Summary :
Due to a configuration issue in SAP, Form 940 incorrectly processes tip wages, resulting in erroneous figures on lines 3, 4, and 5. The anomaly affects users of PU19 and US Tax Reporter. To rectify this, affected releases should implement corresponding HRSPs. Alternatively, manual updates can be achieved by importing the appropriate ZIP file provided in the SAP Note. These files include adjustments to correctly handle tip wages in the specified form and are available for multiple SAP releases ranging from 4.0B to ERP 2004. Instructions for applying the fixes are detailed in Notes 13719 and 480180.
