Summary :
When executing a query, a termination error X299(BRAIN) occurs because the system cannot retrieve the saved data from the OLAP cache. This is due to a misalignment in the cache's "Query Directory," where the query names are missing, preventing cache entries from being correctly linked to their corresponding queries. This issue arises from simultaneous query access altering the "Query Directory." A complete solution requires redesigning the OLAP cache mechanism, but a temporary mitigation can be achieved through specific Support Packages (SP28 for BW 3.0B, SP22 for BW 3.10, and SP14 for BW 3.50).
