Summary :
When executing "LiveCache: Monitoring" in transaction LC10 on SAP SCM UNICODE systems on AIX, errors such as "tp error: rtld: 0712-002 fatal error" and "tp error: connect failed due to DbSL load" may occur due to application server issues connecting to liveCache after an upgrade. The issues manifest in LC10 under central authorization but not at the command line or in SM49 using specific tp options. Corrections are available from liveCache 7.6.00 build 11 and higher. Workarounds include disabling central authorization in LC10 or adjusting XUSER data via SM49 for decentralized liveCache connections. Refer to SAP Notes 184504, 616555, and 39439 for further guidance.
