Summary :
When using Transaction SE09 or SE01, release failures for transports may occur with error TK094, indicating a transport tool test call failure. This issue arises due to communication problems between SAP R/3 and the transport control program tp, particularly when spool files in library R3WRK (where represents the SAP instance number) default to the print file *LIBL/QPRINT. Solutions include either altering parameters of the QGPL/QPRINT file (HOLD to *NO, OUTQ to *JOB) or duplicating and modifying parameters in the respective R/3 kernel library print file.
