Summary :
When creating a date confirmation for a service order using a mobile client and delaying its immediate transmission to the CRM system, a subsequent data exchange results in deletion of this confirmation from the mobile client. This issue arises due to realignment mechanisms in the BDoc message, aiming to sync data and specify recipients, which inadvertently removes the mobile client’s date confirmation. A correction for this is available in CRM 4.0 Support Package 09. For earlier versions, manual updates are required using instructions and files provided in SAP Notes. Post-fix, updates to the SMOHNOCSTA table are necessary, ensuring system integrity and data preservation during exchanges.
