Issues are observed where not all open quotations are displayed in the list. This occurs even after re-indexing using the RVV05IVB report due to quotation items being set with a completion rule that assigns a status ignored by the open quotations index. To resolve, modify the completion rule in customizing, update the VBAP table via an ABAP/4 report using ZZERLRE as a template, run SDVBUK00 to redetermine statuses, and reorganize the index with RVV05IVB. Note that changes to completion rules in live systems should be approached with caution to avoid inconsistencies.
