The primary root cause is the misuse of the structure COM_VBRP_TAB in the user exit USEREXIT_KOMKBV3_FILL within RVCOMFZZ, which mishandles item processing from collective runs. To correct this, specific table operations filtering by 'vbeln' need replacing with more accurate context-sensitive data handling instructions.
