Summary :
This SAP Note enables the evaluation of MEDIDATA XML invoice responses ("invoice_response"). The issue is described in the symptom section merely by referring to its title, inferring that functionality for processing these XML files is being introduced or enhanced. To resolve, installation of attached corrections and the deployment of a new report (RNWCHMEDIDATA_INVOICE_RESPONSE) is required. Users are instructed to integrate this report into their system's EDI utilities via customizing settings (SM30), assigning it to a service group similarly as existing reports for XML conversion. The implementation of updates is outlined with a warning to exclusively download the necessary files from the Service Marketplace, not OSS.
