Summary :
This SAP note provides a solution to deactivate the retention of activity dates from SAP APO by individual manufacturing, process, or production orders. Modifications in SAP R/3 basic dates can now be propagated to reschedule the corresponding planned orders in SAP APO, ensuring they respond to changes. Addressing issues outlined for SAP APO releases 3.0A and 3.1 and SCM Release SCM 4.0, it necessitates the implementation of certain prerequisite notes followed by the defined BAdI methods in /SAPAPO/CL_EX_CIF_IP. Extensive guideline follows with respect to implementing and programming the required BAdI extension, specifically through transaction SE19.
