Despite implementing Note 496743 which corrects cost distribution, the costs are not proportionally split according to the incurred debits during preliminary settlements, which operate via settlement by amount (refer to Note 330001 for detailed mechanism). Users must utilize specific source structures and address these issues by implementing correction through Note 496743 and, for earlier versions than 4.6C, also Note 157949. These corrections may be applied automatically or manually, depending on whether Note 496743 has been implemented.
