After upgrading to SAP Release 4.6B or 4.6C, errors have been identified in the item display for customer, vendor, and G/L accounts due to a parameter mismatch in the call of Form routine APPEND_SLKTAB in INCLUDE RFPOSI00. This issue originates because the correction from SAP Note 189638 was not applied and INCLUDE RFPOSFA0 was inaccurately marked as "not delivered". To resolve, verify the INCLUDE RFPOSFA0 version post-upgrade, apply the correction from SAP Note 189638, and import the necessary Support Package or transport the files as specified for the relevant release.
