Summary :
This SAP Note addresses two issues: missing notification in the order header post-confirmation, and system termination during technical completion of an order. Correction involves implementing an attached program and running a correction report ZREP_AFIH_QMNUM for existing defective orders. The issues appear post-implementation of Notes 386082 and 387746 or after importing specific support packages. Preconditions include orders generated from notifications and direct confirmation saving. Affected transactions include IW21, IW22, IW32, among others. Before executing the correction, for Release 4.5B, Note 353802 should be considered.
