Summary :
When changing the ship-to party at the header level of a standard order comprising multiple items in SAP, the system performs a validation at item level for the feasibility of goods receipt on the specified delivery date. If it is not feasible, a warning message "No goods accepted on the specified delivery date" is issued. However, the system generates undue warning messages for items marked as 'Completely processed' (status 'C') in all corresponding VBUP statuses (LFSTA, RFSTA, ABSTA), causing unnecessary delays. The issue is a program error and can be rectified by implementing an attached correction or updating to Release 5.0, where this is fixed as a standard. Release 3.1I requires Note 112781.
