The SAP Note addresses a defect where the RJKAMORTIZE amortization program triggers a runtime error due to duplicate record creation in the JKACCAMOPROT table via ISM_SALES_AMO_PROT_SAVE function. This issue arises when amortization is applied to a non-billing relevant order item like gift transfers using standard item rates without marking the order delivery as amortized. Subsequent amortizations on following shipping days cause processing terminations. This problem is resolved in maintenance level 4.02/4, with an advance correction provided for immediate implementation when executing amortizations.
