When working with transactions such as MD04 or ME57 and transitioning to purchase order creation, users can access Transaction ME21 but not Enjoy Transaction ME21N due to its unavailability prior to Release 4.6C, SP1. For users on Release 4.6B requiring access to ME21N without functional restrictions, SP12 allows activation via configuration by setting user parameter ENJ_CALL_ME23N to 'X.' Configuration involves making system-defined standard display variants in ME21N through ME57 setup. Post-Release 4.6C, ME21N access is hardcoded, limiting configurability. Custom modifications are possible but unsupported by SAP as per Note 170183.
