Summary :
This SAP Note addresses a program error encountered during the meter reading process in IS-U/CCS when a move-out is recorded on a date that already has a meter reading, resulting in discrepancies between actual and scheduled meter reading dates. This discrepancy can complicate correction of meter readings. The issue is resolved by applying add-on patch 017 for Release 1.2 or add-on patch 007 for Release 451, or by implementing the suggested corrections provided in the attachment.
