Summary :
After upgrading from Release 3.0x to 4.x, users might note an incomplete listing of release notes. This is due to missing objects in the upgrade delivery. Solution includes accessing release notes from specified directories and includes three CAR archives; RELN3040.CAR, RELN40.CAR, and RELN30J.CAR, covering comprehensive release notes for the specified versions. These should be unpacked in /usr/sap/trans and include specific transports for import per the release. Further import instructions are provided in Note 13719.
