In SAP IS-H, an issue arises when an admission lacking a specified nursing organizational unit has surgery services added, which are generated without linking to any unit. Modifying the nursing unit post-admission does not update the services, leading to inconsistencies in unit assignment. The problem stems from services tied to the surgery and not updating with changes in admission. The fix is available in IS-H Release 4.61A and maintenance levels 4.02A patch level 09 and 4.03A patch level 01. Patch applications for releases 4.02A and 4.03A are also possible for correction.
