Summary :
GRC users have reported uncertainties regarding the generation of Firefighter Login Notification emails within the Emergency Access Management (EAM) system. To manage the email alerts, two main configuration settings are adjusted: 'Send Firefighter ID Logon Notification’ and 'Send Firefighter Login Notification Immediately'. These must be respectively set to 'Yes' to ensure timely and individual notifications. However, for less frequent updates, setting the latter to 'No' requires scheduling the /VIRSA/ZVFAT_LOG_NOTIFICATION report to send grouped emails based on aggregated logon data. Prerequisites for functioning include configurations in controllers’ settings, valid email addresses, and proper setup of SAPConnect.
