When users attempt to release or check the consistency of the AC Workflow (MSMP) Customizing Transport Request, errors occur, preventing the transport of MSMP configuration between systems. The issues stem from a program error generating incorrect or incomplete transport keys for DB tables holding MSMP Workflow data, leading to request consistency check failures. To address this, avoid forcibly releasing corrupted transport keys to prevent further configuration issues and remove the keys manually using transaction GRFNMW_CONFIGURE_WD. For resolution, update to GRCFND_A V1000 SP2, which overhauls MSMP transport handling. Additionally, transport request creation via GRFNMW_CONFIGURE can be used, following correct procedures.
