Summary :
Users experience issues with changing tax reporting data in their own documents through transaction FB02 despite the documents not being reported yet. This issue does not affect other documents. This problem arises due to certain configurations implemented as per SAP Notes 1023317 and 1137492. The issue involves BSET-STMDT which should be initially set to allow changes if the document has not been reported.
