Summary :
In SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM), there is an issue with tracking the completion of asynchronous transport processes in transactions like SE09 or STMS. This is currently monitored through the "CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM" parameter, which can be set through the System->User Profile->Own Data menu, but only allows values between 1 and 9. This limitation can be insufficient for systems needing longer wait times. A program error has been identified and a correction can be implemented via SNOTE or relevant Support Packages. Post-implementation, values from 1 to 9999 will be accepted, enhancing monitoring flexibility while cautioning against performance degradation for excessively high settings.
