Summary :
If a loading error related to characteristic conflicts occurs, attempts to modify the AUSP table fail. Repetitive entries are created in the INKOL table, which are duplicated in both IRAISE and SEL tables. This issue is due to a programming error and the corrections can be found in the linked correction instructions. Note 140445 must be implemented as an additional measure. Release 3.1H requires that Note 126870 also be implemented to address this issue.
