Summary :
Cookies sent by non-SAP systems and not accepted by the receiving server due to encoding of certain characters as URL prior to dispatch can now be handled using a new static parameter (ict/disable_cookie_urlencoding). Introduced to specify cookie value encoding settings, this parameter allows for either encoded transmission of certain characters or transfer of all characters without encoding. The default encoding affects characters such as ".," while setting this parameter to 1 allows cookies to pass unchanged. Kernel patches from 6.40 onwards incorporate corrective updates, ensuring compliance and functionality across varying system requirements.
