Summary :
When executing queries, web templates, or workbooks in SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI, error BRAIN 299 may occur due to duplication in cache entries caused by simultaneous accesses. To address this, implement Support Package 17 (SAPKW70017) post-reading SAP Note 1106569. This update stops duplicate cache entries, enhancing system stability. Cache clearing is mandatory after implementation. Preliminary corrections can be applied as per Note 875986 on transaction SNOTE for immediate needs.
