The problem stems from a coding error activated under specific conditions: within ALM_ME_ORDER, the "Op.Display" must be set to "Only Internal operations", and within ALM_ME_INVENTORY, "Ord. Assignment" should correspond to the user's employee number. Users are advised to implement provided corrections to resolve this configuration-sensitive bug.
