Duplicate entries are improperly generated in the database table N1COMPA when saving a clinical order (CORD) due to simultaneous actions by the clinical order process and case assignment class (CL_ISH_CASE_CHANGE). This affects Radiology and Transport Order components. To rectify, users should run the correction report RN1_CORRECT_CORDER_N1COMPA provided for i.s.h.med/IS-H versions 4.72 or 6.00 to remove these duplicates. Users must download the necessary correction files from the Service Marketplace, and subsequently unpack, import, and implement the provided source code corrections into their systems.
