Summary :
Patch level 2 of the SAP NW RFC SDK addresses several issues seen in previous versions by: ceasing unnecessary trace file generation, enforcing more controlled data sending for IMPORTING parameters to utilize back-end default values, and correctly filling the RFC_ERROR_INFO structure upon errors. Additionally, issues with character handling in non-Unicode systems, incorrect string lengths, potential segmentation faults, and better error messages for missing configuration files are resolved. New features include detailed Doxygen documentation and functions to manage the sapnwrfc.ini file path. Users are advised to download the latest patch as per Note 1025361 although the version displayed may differ slightly.
