SAP Note 1046190 - OLTP Reporting: Texts for Service Ticket Category

Summary :
CRM OLTP Service Reports are displaying only the keys instead of text for categories due to the text not being read at runtime. This issue is rectified in SP1. For immediate resolution, users should import the provided transport H7JK000357. Additional reference to notes 480180 and 13719 is recommended. Post importation, activate DataSource /CRMBW/CAT_ID_TEXT via RSA5 in CRM, activate InfoObject /CRMBW/CAT_ID via RSOR in BI, replicate MetaData using RSA1 in CRM, and activate InfoType SERVICE in ORDYWB to update all InfoSources.
