SAP Note addresses a specific concern for the Austrian version involving settings for the cancellation of dependent services. Prior to this, customization for cancellation based on assignment type was not available. The solution includes downloading and applying specific patches (HW1017574 series for IS-H versions 4.72 and 6.0) available from the Service Marketplace, not via OSS. Post implementation, a new customizing table IS-H AT (TNWAT_SRULE_OPT) allows customization per assignment type, including setting the order for reading associated services, deciding on the cancellation of linked services, and choosing whether to retain or delete the service linkage record in the database.
