SAP Message W3_TOOL109 - Cannot publish MIME objects under non-standard code pages locally

Diagnosis MIME objects cannot be published locally in a system with anon-standard code page. System Response The object cannot be published locally. Procedure Use the SAP@Web Studio to display the MIME object, save it locally andcopy it to the appropriate directory.
