Diagnosis
You have not yet selected an ITS server in your user settings on whichto publish your ITS objects but do not want to publish your objects onall servers.

System Response
You cannot publish ITS objects without specifying the target ITS server.

Procedure
In transaction SE80, choose Utilities -> Settings to maintainyour user settings. On the ITS tab under Publish choosethe ITS server on which you want to publish your objects. You can makeone of the following settings:
On all ITS servers / instances:
The objects are published on all ITS servers logged on to the SAPSystem. Problems may arise, however, if one of these servers (such as alocal ITS test server) is temporarily unavailable or has been configuredincorrectly. You should not use this setting normally.
On a specific ITS server:
You can choose one of the ITS servers logged on to the SAP System fromthe dropdown list. The objects are then published only on this server.If you are not sure which server to use, choose the standard ITS serverfor your SAP System from this list (if you do not know which of theservers is the standard ITS server, ask your system administrator).
Note: When choosing the ITS server make sure you use the same oneas for the Web server. When testing a service, you must start thisservice on the ITS Web server on whose ITS server you published theservice before.
