Diagnosis
The Web Browser defined in the system as the default browser was startedto test the URL necessary for the service.

System Response
The system launches a browser window and starts the service.

Procedure
In this window, the system either starts the service directly orrequests any missing data (not set up with the service). If an errormessage such as 'Host not reached' appears in the window, the automaticURL generation in the current SAP system is not working because no ITSserver with a norm-conforming name is logged on to the system.
In this case, you can change your user settings in the Object Navigator(Utilities -> Settings, "ITS" page) to set the ITS that should be used.You can also use this, for example, if you want to test a service on aparticular Internet Transaction Server.
