You have tried to release a report whose authorization group has notbeen defined.

Procedure
For security purposes you cannot run reports in WebReporting for whichauthorization groups have not been defined. To call the Report &V1&from the Internet, an authorization group must be assigned to it andthe SAP user must have the appropriate SUBMIT authorization.
Please define an authorization group for Report &V1&.
