Diagnosis
When calling the detail display of planned/actual key figures for amaterial, an incorrect system setting meant that a selection variantwas used which led to an error accessing the information system.
In markdown planning, two selection variants are needed to read actualvalues from the information system and compare the planned figures fora markdown plan. You can maintain these variants in Customizing andmust give them the indicators MDFV1 and MDFV2.
The system uses MDFV1 to read the stock key figures from the assignedstock information system. These key figures are displayed in the headerof the detail screen.
The system uses MDFV2 to read the period-specific key figures from theassigned information system. These are displayed according to pricephase in the items on the detail screen.

System Response
You cannot go from the planned/actual values to the detail display.

Procedure
Correct the selection variants in Customizing.
If you do not want to use the selection variants in the standardsystem, you cannot create new selection variants. Instead you mustassign your own information structures. Please note that a non-period-specific stock structure must be a assigned to MDFV1, and a period-specific information structure must be assigned to MDFV2, using theperiod split 'week'. You must not change the Customizing detail screensfor the selection variants. This means that the information structuresmust contain the field names which are used in standard Customizing.
