Access sequences and accesses In text Customizing, you can set the system to automatically supplytexts in transactions (e.g. sales orders, deliveries, etc.). To dothis, you assign an access sequence to a text ID. The order of accessesin which the system is to search for texts is stored in the accesssequence. The system assigns the first source text found to the targettext. No further accesses are carried out. Determining key figures The maximum number of access levels is determined from settings made inCustomizing and issued by the system. Alternatives The number of unsuccessful accesses increases when successful accessesare listed last in the order of access sequences. For this reason, youshould consider - whether you can better order the accesses - whether you can avoid accesses by using requirements instead Customizing access sequences> |
