Diagnosis
You have tried to add an entry in the table with a generic key (&V1&,V2) that is not permitted. the key fields in the table (shippingconditions/transportation group) can only be blank on the right-handside.
For example:
Shipping condition Transportation group
0001 Not permitted
01 Permitted
Permitted

System Response
The system does not accept the entry.

Procedure
Change the key fields (shipping condition/transportation group) in thetable so that they meet the requirements, or delete the entry.
