Diagnosis
In Customizing, you can store for every shipment type, which actionsshould be carried out during transportation processing. Some of theseactions are carried out before saving the shipment docuement (e.g. GIposting or billing), others after saving (e.g., printing).
In this case, the actions before saving ( probably GI posting orbilling) were carried out incorrectly.
