Diagnosis
An error occurred during initialization and filling of the applicationlog.
If direct posting takes place with the ISCD_SCPOS_MAINTAIN module, anapplication log is written in the same way as for the start of the massactivity, dependent on the input parameters.

Procedure
Check whether the application log is written correctly for the "executepayment plans" mass activity.
If not:
INCLUDE ISIS_OSS OBJECT DOKU ID TX
